Descriptive Notes:
 
Very balanced, full-bodied and well-structured wine; extremely fruity and ruby red-coloured. It has a delicately winy, young, fresh and velvety scent.
Wine-making:
 
Middle-long maceration of the grape skins, fermentation temperature 25/28 °C.
