Grappa del Nonno VIGIOTÖ

Place of origin:   Made from the Nebbiolo grape skins coming from the Vigiotö estate in the area of Madonna di Como in Alba.
Notes:

After a soft pressing, the skins is therefore sent immediately to the distillery, distilled through exposure to steam, and after fining at full strength (78%) in small stainless steel tanks, the alcohol level is reduced to 50° and the grappa is bottled.

Color: a brilliant and transparent white.

Odor: extraordinarily intense and penetrating, characteristic.

Flavor: strong and full, warm, dry and unusually persistent.

Temperature of the service:   18-16° C.
Conservation:   As in the case of all distillates the passage of time will only improve its sensory characteristics. Arrange the bottle in an upright position.
